Delivery Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, with options for faster delivery if required. To note, all of our shipping options include tracking as standard.

Free delivery is available in the UK for orders over £100.

Free delivery is currently not available for international orders.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). 

Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Lift Me Up Crafts are not held responsible for:
  • Mistakes made by postal service or delivery company
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

UK Orders

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This ensures that we can track delivery of your item. Delivery is typically within 2-5 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

International Orders

We use Royal Mail International Tracked to ship your package. This ensures that we can track delivery of your item. Delivery can take anywhere between 5-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

Customs & Duties

Some countries require a Duty Fee, Tax, or Customs Charge before an order can be delivered. These charges are somewhat random, and relatively infrequent, but are 100% the buyer’s responsibility as you are the recipient of the mail. This is not an additional shipping charge, nor are we responsible for covering your taxes and duty fees. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees, and customs charges for your specific country.

Order Confirmation 

Items are shipped after processing (typically 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
