Refund policy
If you did not absolutely love your order, we are happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to us. Please contact us at emma@liftmeupcrafts.com within 14 days of the item's arrival. We do not cover your return shipping back to us. Once the order has arrived and we have inspected it for damage, we will issue a refund.

Please note that not all of our products are eligible for returns, see below for exclusions.
Damages and issues
Despite our best efforts, sometimes mistakes are made or an item is damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (or within 14 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know by contacting us at emma@liftmeupcrafts.com. A number of factors can influence delivery times (weather, holidays, strikes!), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days, just in case your order is caught up at a sorting facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to work with you towards a solution, which may be to chase your delivery, reship or refund your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
